Description
Copper sulfate pentahydrate (bluestone) and hydrated lime are used to prepare Bordeaux solution. This solution is used for vegetative spraying against all types of mildew, brown and white aphids on tomatoes, tobacco downy mildew, and early rot on fruit trees – Bordeaux solution at 1%. For winter spraying of nut and stone fruit trees, a 2% solution is used.
Store in closed places, in the original labeled packaging, away from food and feed.
Working with the solution requires compliance with pesticide use regulations. Handle only while wearing protective clothing and personal protective equipment. Keep out of reach of children.
